Overview
Connected clients are clients that have downloaded and registered on the PT Mate Client App. This allows them to directly communicate with you and access certain features of the platform. They can:
Book into group sessions
Preview sessions
Join virtual sessions
Receive training plans and programs from you
Receive nutrition plans
Chat with you
View payment invoices
How to connect
There are two ways to connect: You either invite your client to join (from your trainer portal), or they sign up by themselves and request to be connected.
Invite a client
When adding a client, you have the option to invite them from your Trainer portal. This will send an email prompting them to download the Client App and sign up. Learn more
Client request
Your client can add training spaces from within the Client App. All they have to do is search for you (name or business name) and enter your phone number. The app will then connect them with you and add them to your client list.
Connect and disconnect clients
You can always disconnect a client and keep them in your client list. They will loose access to your training space but you keep all data regarding them.
Your client can reconnect at any time, or you can invite them again from the Overview page.
