How to use or change a ready made Exercise Program

You can copy a ready made program, make any changes necessary and send it to your clients.

Ready made Program copied

On your homepage under "common categories" you´ll find ready made programs that experts in the field have assembled for both particular body part as well as type of injuries. You can copy them and then work with them as appropriate, but the original copy is protected, and therefore, each one is always working with the copy of the relevant exercise plan.

When a group is selected, all ready made programs that are related to the search will appear as well as other categores. You can choose to search for Short or Extensive programs by selecting the category.

When you open an Exercise Program you can see how manu daily plans are in the program as well as number of exercises in each daily plan.

To have a closer look of the ecersises you simply click on the + in front of the daily plan and by clicking on each exercise you can view them.
When you have decided to use the exercise program you select "Copy group" and it will be copied to your home page and where you can work with it as you want but the original copy of the program is safely stored.

Send an Exercise program to a client

When sending an Exercise program to a client, click on "Exercise programs" at the top bar, open the exercise program to be sent, check the client's name in the list, and finally click on the "Publish" button at the bottom right of the page.

Share the exercise program with your Clinic

You can choose whether the exercise program should be closed and for your eyes only or to share it with others in your clinic, by selecting "Clinic".

Copying exercises from a library 

If you choose to work on the ready made program you can search for exercises by inserting passwords associated with the body part you are working with. To have better view of each exercises start by selecting bodypart with your mouse.

The next step is to click on the exercise and then you can see the thumb-nail of the exercise and view it if you like. Once you've found the exercises that you like, you'll check them and click to copy them to the daily plan.

To narrow your search, click on the funnel "Add tags filter", where you can choose the type of exercises, exercise equipment, body part, or type of injury. When you click into one of the fields, a list of possible keywords appears. Once you have inserted all the search criteria needed, you click "Search" . It´s not necessary to fill in all search criterias. In the same way as before, you can view and select the exercises to save into the daily plan.

Once you have chosen to enter all the exercises that you would like to include in the daily plan click on the "Parameters" column. There, you select the category that fits the focus you want to achieve with the exercise, and then the parameters will automatically appear during all the exercises in the daily plan.
You can open each exercise and set the parameters either by choosing new focus, or selecting "None" in the column and fill yourself into the exercise parameters.
Clients will only see those tparameters that are complete. The changes made to the daily plan are automatically stored.

f you want to change the parameter of a daily plan, you open it and check the ecxercises to be edited and inserts new training variables and click on "Edit"

By click on "Show advanced" you can choose to check various options to make it easier for all the search for the exercise later. 

You can choose the Group the exercise should be classified under, what body parts it belongs to, type of injury, required equipment and the type of exercise.

Create a new exercise

When you want to create new exercise in a daily plan you select "Add new"

t´s recommended you start naming it and fill in the parameters. It is also possible to copy an image that appears as thumbnail for the exercise before selecting the red button "Add material".

After you click to "Add material," The URL or file is copied into the appropriate field.

Copy daily plan from collection

You can copy daily plans previously created  by clicking on "Copy daily plans from collection"

There you select the category to which your respective daily plan belong to, and then you can choose between searching in the exercise library, my programs and programs saved under the clinic.
