Our system checks Amazon daily for reviews, and sometimes we can't find them, usually because Amazon hadn't posted them prior to our check, or because your Amazon reviewer profile name is incorrect in our system.
So if you get an email from us saying we can't verify your review, you can submit your review link directly within your Dashboard. We're excited to offer this fast and easy way for you to get your reviews approved without having to wait for our team.
To find your review's direct link on Amazon:
Find your review on Amazon
Right click the bold title of your review
Click 'copy link address'
To submit the link to pubby and ensure you receive credit for the review:
Click the book's title in the left sidebar. If you don't see the book listed, you can click Reader in the left sidebar, then scroll down to find the book under Your Assignments
Click Submit Review Link
Paste your direct review link
*If you cannot find the book title in your left sidebar, please send us your review link via chat or email at support@pubby.co and inform us that the book is not there. That way, we can assist you further!
