I Received an Email That My Review Couldn’t Be Verified or Approved
If you received an email saying we were unable to verify or approve your review, don’t worry—this usually means our system was unable to locate the review on Amazon at the time of our check.
Our system checks Amazon daily for new reviews. Occasionally, a review may not appear during our scan window, or there may be an issue such as:
Amazon not yet publishing the review
An incorrect Amazon reviewer profile name in our system
Recent updates to our search process to remain compliant with Amazon’s guidelines
To improve accuracy and speed, we now encourage readers to submit their review links directly once the review is live on Amazon. This ensures faster approval and avoids delays.
How to Find Your Amazon Review Link
Go to your review on Amazon
Right-click the bold title of your review
Select “Copy link address”
How to Submit Your Review Link on Pubby
Go to My Assignments in your Pubby dashboard and if you can’t find the book, use the search bar to locate it by title
Open the assignment
Scroll to Submit Review Link at the bottom of the page
Paste your Amazon review link and submit
