You can cancel your subscription at any time directly through your account — no need to contact support.

How to cancel

  1. Log in to Pubby

  2. Click your profile icon in the top right corner

  3. Go to Settings

  4. Select Subscription

  5. Click Cancel Subscription

Want to switch plans?

If you’d like to switch from an annual plan to a monthly plan, contact support and we’ll help update your account.

Refunds

Refund requests must be made within 30 days of the payment date.

To request a refund, contact us via live chat or email support@pubby.co.

Refunds processed directly through Pubby are typically faster than bank disputes and are usually handled within 24 hours once approved.
