Why was I charged $240?

Here at pubby, we have two subscription options: monthly and yearly.

If you have a $240 charge on your account, it is because you signed up for a yearly subscription upon starting your trial. After 10 days, if you did not cancel your trial, you were charged the subscription fee.

Can't afford the yearly subscription at this time? No problem! We have two great, fast options for you: switch to monthly, or cancel and request a full refund.

Our monthly subscription costs $29.99 per month. It is charged monthly, not yearly, and you can cancel it anytime.

If you request a switch today, you will receive a prorated refund of $210.01 for your unused annual subscription.

To request a switch, contact support via live chat or email (support@pubby.co). We will respond to your request as quickly as possible. We are located in Atlanta, GA, so if you send your request after 5pm EST, please allow us time to get to your request the next morning.

Requesting a refund directly from pubby is faster than disputing a charge with your bank. Banks can take weeks to review and resolve disputes, but pubby can process your full $240 refund the same day you request it.
