Pubby Subscription Options & Billing
Pubby offers two subscription plans: Monthly ($29.99/month) and Annual ($240/year).
Important: Trial → billing transition
All new accounts begin with a 10-day trial period.
After the 10-day trial ends:
The payment method on file is automatically charged for the selected subscription (monthly or annual)
If you selected the annual plan, you will be charged $240
Refund & change window (very important)
You have up to 30 days after the payment is processed to:
Request a full refund, or
Switch from annual to monthly billing
After the 30-day window, the charge becomes non-refundable under our policy.
Not happy with the annual plan? You have options
If you were charged for the annual plan but prefer something different, we can help quickly (as long as it hasn't passed the previously mentioned 30 day mark):

Monthly plans are $29.99/month and can be canceled at any time.
If you switch from annual to monthly:
We issue a prorated refund for the unused portion of the annual plan
You move immediately onto monthly billing

💸 Request a Full Refund
If you are within the 30-day refund window, you can request a full refund of the annual or monthly charge.
Refunds processed directly through Pubby are typically faster than bank disputes and are usually handled promptly once reviewed.
