If you've received communication from support that we're unable to find your review on Amazon, this article's for you! There are different sets of directions based on your device: computer or mobile.
Let's get started on how to find the link we need:
If you're on a computer
Step 1: Go to your assigned book's Amazon page
You can get this link from support, or find it on your pubby dashboard (click the Read option in the left sidebar of your dashboard, then click the book you need to access). Here you will be able to access the books Amazon URL as shown below
Step 2: Scroll down to the book's review section
Step 3: Find your review (we recommend filtering by 'most recent')
Step 4: Copy your review's link
Note: If you're on a Mac you can "right click" by holding Ctrl and clicking the normally.
Step 5: Submit the link to pubby
After copying your review link, please submit it within your dashboard:
Click the book in your 'My Assignments' page
Choose Star rating that you selected on Amazon review
Copy and paste review content that you submitted to Amazon
*If you cannot find the book title in your left sidebar, please send us your review link via chat or email at support@pubby.co and inform us that the book is not there. That way, we can assist you further!
