Are you seeing this error message when you attempt to access your dashboard?:
If so, your internet router is likely blocking our website. You will need to access your router's settings, then add 'app.pubby.co' and 'pubby.co' as trusted sites. It is a simple process!
Find your router brand in the list below, then follow the instructions for accessing your router's settings (typically thru an app).
If your router is not listed below, you can either Google instructions for your specific router, or contact support at support@pubby.co for further assistance finding instructions. For most routers, you can simply Google 'how to access the parental controls for your router brand or internet provider's name router'; this will typically take you to the same place where you can add trusted sites.
XFINITY
You can access security settings in one of two ways:
Through the Xfinity app. See their Xfinity app overview for more.
Through the Wireless Gateway's Admin Tool website at http://10.0.0.1 using a computer or device that is currently connected to your home network (either wired or wirelessly).
AT&T
Smart Home Manager is the app that lets AT&T Internet customers manage their home Wi-Fi network. You can access Smart Home Manager either by logging in with your internet browser or by downloading the mobile version from your app store.
Frontier
Frontier fiberoptic is accessed through the app Eero
Open the Eero app
Go to Discover (along bottom)
Scroll down to Advanced, then select Block & Allow Sites
Select Allowed
Add pubby.co and www.pubby.co
