Update your book price in Kindle Direct Publishing (KDP) by following these steps:
Go to https://kdp.amazon.com/bookshelf and locate your book. Click the ellipsis button (…) next to the title, then select Edit eBook Pricing. In the Royalty and Pricing section, adjust your price as needed, then click Publish Your Kindle eBook at the bottom of the page.

eBooks: up to 24 hours
Paperback & hardcover: 3–5 days
Updates may appear at different times across Amazon marketplaces.
Troubleshooting (if price hasn’t updated)
If you don’t see the change yet:
Check that you clicked Publish Your Kindle eBook after editing. Price updates are not instant and may still be processing.
Different Amazon stores (US, UK, etc.) may update at different speeds.
Try refreshing the page, using incognito mode, or checking a different device/browser.
If it’s been longer than the expected timeframe and the change was published, it may still be propagating through Amazon systems.
