Can I have more than one Pubby account?
Each member is allowed to have only one Pubby account. This helps ensure that all members remain compliant with Amazon's review policies and prevents accidental violations caused by duplicate accounts or overlapping activity.
If you have created more than one Pubby account, please do not create a new account or continue using multiple accounts. Instead, our team can help merge your accounts so you can continue using one account moving forward.
How do I request an account merge?
If the Pubby team has requested that your accounts be merged, please provide:
The email address used for each Pubby account you have created
The email address of the account you would like to keep as your main account moving forward
Once confirmed, we will merge your account information, including applicable books and activity, into your chosen main account.
Account Merge Permission Requirements
To complete the merge, we need permission from each account involved. You can provide this permission through:

Please include a message similar to the following from each account:
"Hi, I give my permission for [list all emails to be merged into main] here to be merged into mainaccount@email.com."
After we receive confirmation from all accounts involved, our team can complete the merge process.
