Tickets can be used to submit a variety of requests to customer support. It's the easiest and quickest way to get help from our team.

Submit tickets to:

  1. Send proof of purchase for VP Reviews

  2. Request a purchase refund

  3. Request switching to monthly billing

How to submit a ticket:

  1. Click the chat bubble in the bottom right of your dashboard

  2. Go to the Home tab

  3. At the top, you'll see Create a ticket

  4. Click your need, enter the required info, and send!

To check the status of your Ticket:

  1. Simply click the Tickets tab
