Welcome to Pubby! Want to customize your readership? Here’s how.
As an updated feature within Pubby 2.0 you are now able to update your target demographics by book. If you want to restrict your book to reviews from specific Amazon regions, here’s how you can do it:
Sign in to your Pubby account and pick the book you want to update.
Click “Edit Book.”
Under your book’s details, scroll down to “Geographic Targeting.”
Click the arrow in the top-right corner of that section to expand the list of countries.
Select the countries you want your book to be available in for reviews.
Once you’re done, make sure to scroll to the bottom and click “Save Edits.”
And that’s it! Your book will now only receive reviews from the regions you selected.
What is the Default Setting?
By default, we ensure your book is accessible to readers worldwide, embracing diversity and inclusivity. This is beneficial to most authors because getting reviews in different marketplaces increases your book's visibility, reaching more potential customers globally.
Keep in mind, limiting your readership to specific locations will likely make it take longer to find a reader. The more specific you are, the longer it may take.
By default, you may receive reviews from:
- 🇺🇸 US
- 🇨🇦 Canada
- 🇦🇺 Australia
- 🇬🇧 United Kingdom
- 🇩🇪 Germany
- 🇳🇱 Netherlands
- 🇫🇷 France
- 🇮🇹 Italy
- 🇯🇵 Japan
- 🇪🇸 Spain
- 🇧🇪 Belgium
- 🇸🇪 Sweden
These countries are subject to change and may not be reflected immediately in this article.
Can everyone get Amazon US reviews?
Yes! All users can receive Amazon US reviews. With our default setting, we are showing your book to all of our supported countries, including our US readers.
