Whether you're attempting to access a book, read it, or post your review on Amazon, you now have the option to report any problems you come across, such as price discrepancies, broken links, or other any other issues.
How to Report a Book Issue or Request Additional Time
If you're experiencing an issue with a book assignment or need more time to complete it, you can easily submit a request directly from your dashboard.
Step 1: Open the Assignment
Log in to your dashboard and locate the book assignment that you need assistance with. Click on the book to open the assignment details.
Step 2: Click "Report Issue"
Within the book detail screen, click the Report Issue button.
Step 3: Select Your Request Type
Choose one of the following options:
Important: If you select Request More Time, no additional steps are required. You will receive a notification confirming that the additional time has been granted.
Step 4: Select a Reason
Choose the reason that most closely matches the issue you are experiencing.
Important: It's perfectly fine if none of the options exactly match your situation. You will have an opportunity to provide additional details in the next step.
Step 5: Provide Additional Details
Enter any information that may help explain the issue and then click Report Problem to submit your report.
Important Information:
All Reports Are Reviewed
Every report is personally reviewed by our team. If necessary, we will contact the author and work with them to correct the issue.
Assignment Cancellation
When you report a problem, the assignment will be removed from your dashboard.
Please note that any snaps received when you originally picked up the assignment will be deducted once the report is submitted.
