The Resident Web Portal gives you the ability to remotely and conveniently control your smart devices. Controlling your thermostat via the web portal is easy.
Adjusting Your Thermostat:
To adjust your thermostat in your Resident Web Portal, follow these steps:
Go to the SmartRent Resident Web Portal
Input your Email Address
Input your Password
Click the Devices tab
Find your thermostat using the < and > arrows to scroll through your devices
Click the drop down menu for your control options
To turn the thermostat off completely, click OFF
To turn on your air conditioning, click COOL
To turn on your heater, click HEAT
To keep your home temperature regulated, click AUTO
To adjust the temperature, click and drag the circle along the adjustment bar
