Numerous factors could delay an order. If an order has not been received as expected, we recommend checking your order status by going to Order History in the Account tab.
Keep in mind that each merchant manages its own shipping and processing which means that shipping times may vary from merchant to merchant. Once a package has been shipped, it is in the hands of the mail carrier, and it is not uncommon to see delays based on weather and other factors.
