I received part of my order, where are my other items?

If you order from multiple businesses, your orders will ship in different packages. We recommend that you check your email for a shipment email from each of the businesses you ordered from. You can also check the order status by following the steps below:

Mobile App: Click the "Account" tab > "Order History" > Click on the product in question and there you will see a "Track Order" button.

Desktop or Mobile Browser: Click the "Account" button in the upper right-hand corner > "Orders" > Click on the product in question and there you will see a "Track Order" button.
