Downgrading your Subscription
Here are the steps to downgrade from a Pro or Platinum subscription to the Lite version of Publishing.ai.
Note: Any unused subscription credits from your Pro or Platinum account will not roll over when you downgrade.
Login to your Publishing.ai account, click the profile icon, and click Manage Subscription.
You will see your current Platinum, Pro, or Lite subscription plan on the next page.
Click on "Cancel subscription" to downgrade your subscription.
This will open the cancel subscription page, allowing you to downgrade to Publishing.ai Lite if you're on a Pro subscription, or, to Pro or Lite if you're on a Platinum subscription.
Downgrading from Pro to Lite: Any unused purchased manuscript credits will remain available. However, the unused subscription manuscript credits included with your Pro plan will not carry over after the subscription term ends.
Downgrading from Platinum to Pro or Lite: Select the "Downgrade to Pro instead" option to switch from Platinum to Pro. If you prefer to cancel your Platinum subscription and move to Lite, click "Cancel to downgrade to Lite."
A confirmation message pops up to confirm your downgrade or cancellation.
However, if you change your mind about the cancellation, return to your Manage Subscription option. Click cancel the pending downgrade.
Click confirm renew and your subscription is renewed again.
