Why do reviews in my Pub Nook dashboard say "Our staff is verifying this review"?

Our staff checks each review manually to make sure it actually appears on your book's product page. Until we've verified that a review submitted by your reader is live, the review will say "Our staff is verifying this review". Once we've located the review, we provide a direct link to the review.
