Welcome to Pulpo’s Help Center. In this article, we explain how to access and use the Reports section to analyze data related to your fleet, drivers, payment methods, and suppliers. Let’s get started!


Where to Find the Reports Section?

1️⃣ Log in to your Pulpo account.

2️⃣ Go to the left-side menu and select Analytics > Reports.

3️⃣Once inside, select a specific category such as Fleet, Fuel, Expenses, Checklists, or Maintenance. Each category allows you to view relevant and detailed data to make informed decisions.


Report Selector: Easily Find What You Need

At the top of the Reports page, you’ll find a dropdown selector. This allows you to choose between different types of reports related to the selected category.

📌 For example: if you are in the Fleet category, you can choose from various fleet-related reports.

💡 Tip: For each report, Pulpo provides a visual example of how it should look with complete data. Simply click the example button next to the selector to better understand the format.


Benefits of Report Analysis

With Pulpo’s Reports section, you can:

Analyze fleet distribution based on criteria such as vehicle type, brand, and fuel usage.
Identify consumption and efficiency patterns to optimize fleet operations.
Improve resource allocation based on real data insights.

Additionally, you can filter the data based on your needs using available filter fields, such as Brand, Vehicle Type, Ownership, Year, and City.

Pulpo offers detailed analysis across multiple report categories, including:

🚗 Fleet: Analyze vehicle distribution and availability based on brand, type, ownership, fuel type, and more.

Fuel: Monitor consumption, fuel efficiency, carbon footprint, costs, and detect possible irregularities.

💰 Expenses: Review detailed operational costs, including repairs, insurance, and other expenses.

🔧 Maintenance: Keep track of maintenance dates and types performed on your vehicles.

📋 Checklists: Monitor inspection compliance to ensure your fleet remains in optimal condition.
