To get started, go to the left-side panel and select:

How to Create a Maintenance Plan
📌 1. Access the Maintenance Plan Configuration
Click on the three-dot button in the top-right corner of the interface.
Select "Maintenance Plans" from the dropdown menu.
A view will open displaying all existing maintenance plans in draft mode, where you can edit, delete, or add new plans.
📌 2. Add a New Maintenance Plan
Click on the "+ Add" button.
Assign a name to the maintenance plan.
Select the vehicles that will be included in the plan.
📌 3. Configure the Maintenance Parameters
Define the criteria that will trigger maintenance actions. These can be based on:

✔ Elapsed time since the plan was created.
✔ Whichever comes first: mileage or time.

Select the service category and the specific task to be performed in each scheduled maintenance.

Set the initial status in which the scheduled maintenance records will be created.
