How to Use the Comments Feature
1. Accessing Comments
✔ In the detailed view of each module, you will find a Comments section.
✔ Click on this section to view and add comments related to that module.
Examples of where comments can be used:
🚗 Vehicles – Comments are available in the individual and detailed views. Any attached documents can also be found in the Documents section.
⛽ Fuel – Add and review comments on fuel records.
🔧 Maintenance – Document observations and tasks related to vehicle maintenance.
2. Attaching Files to Comments
To add documents to your comments:
✔ Click the Attach button within the Comments section.
✔ Select the files you want to upload.
Accepted formats:
📷 Images: PNG, JPG, JPEG.
📄 Documents: DOC, DOCX, PDF, CSV, XLSX, TXT, XML.
📦 Compressed Files: ZIP.
⚠ Maximum file size: 30 MB.
3. Mentioning Users
To involve a specific user in a comment:
✔ Type the "@" symbol, followed by the user's name.
✔ Select the user from the dropdown list.
✔ Once the comment is posted, Pulpo will automatically notify the mentioned user via email, ensuring a quick response.
4. Editing, Deleting, and Downloading Comments
✔ Editing or Deleting Comments:
Click the menu next to the comment and select the corresponding option.
✔ Downloading Attachments:
If you want to save an attached file, click Download from the same menu.
⚠ Warning: Deleted documents cannot be recovered. Make sure you no longer need a file before confirming its deletion.
