When working in the vehicles, drivers, or suppliers table, you can review and create catalogs as needed. Follow these steps:
✔ Access the catalog configuration menu:
🔹 In the upper-right corner of the interface, click the three-dot button to open the dropdown menu.
✔ Select "Configure Catalogs" from the menu.
✔ Choose the fields to configure:
🔹 A list of available fields will be displayed. Select the one you want to manage and check the box on the left.
✔ Create a new catalog if necessary:
🔹 If none of the existing catalogs meet your needs, you can create a new one and select it from the list.
✔ Set catalog visibility:
🔹 If a catalog is selected but not marked as visible, it can still be used internally by objects but won’t be shown as an available option in the dropdowns.
