How to Access These Settings?
Follow these steps to adjust your settings:
Click on the left-side panel of the screen.
Select User Management.
Within User Management, go to the General section.
Use the pencil (edit) button to make the necessary changes.
Once adjustments are made, click Save to confirm.
General Account Settings
Customizing your general settings allows you to tailor Pulpo to your business’s specific needs. Here are the options you can adjust:
Units of Measurement:
Choose how you want to record data related to your fleet:
Volume: Liters or Gallons.
Distance: Kilometers or Miles.
Currency:
Select the currency in which all transactions, such as expenses and operational costs, will be recorded.
Date Format:
Define how you want dates to be displayed on the platform (e.g., DD/MM/YYYY or MM/DD/YYYY).
Time Zone:
Set the time zone to ensure that all data, such as events and reminders, are recorded correctly.
