How to Access Personal Settings
Follow these steps to adjust your personal user settings:
1. Locate Your Initials
✔ In the top-right corner of the screen, you will see your initials.
✔ Click on them to open a dropdown menu.
2. Select "User Preferences"
✔ From the dropdown menu, choose User Preferences to access your settings.
Personal Settings Options
Within the User Preferences section, you can adjust the following elements:
Time Zone
✔ Set your time zone based on your current location to ensure that data and events are recorded accurately.
Thousand and Decimal Separators
✔ Customize how numbers are displayed in reports and records (e.g., 1,000.00 or 1.000,00).
✔ This option adapts to your preferred numeric format.
How to Save and Apply Changes
After making the necessary adjustments:
✔ Click the Save button to confirm and apply the changes.
✔ Your preferences will be updated immediately and reflected in your user experience.
Changing the Platform Language
If you need to work in a different language:
✔ Click on the flag icon located in the top-right corner, next to your initials.
✔ Select your preferred language from the dropdown list.
✔ The platform will update automatically to the selected language.

✅ Check Your Time Zone – Ensure your time zone is correct so that events and reminders are synchronized properly.
