In our fleet management platform, understanding the different fine management statuses is essential. Each status represents a specific stage in the fine handling process, allowing for efficient tracking and transparency.

Below, we explain each status in detail and its meaning:


1. LITIGATION (CONTENCIOSO)

📌 Description: A lawsuit has been filed, and the case is pending judicial resolution. No court ruling has been issued yet.
Meaning: The fine is in a judicial process, waiting for a decision.


2. SUCCESSFUL LITIGATION (CONTENCIOSO ESTIMATORIO)

📌 Description: Assigned when the court has issued a favorable ruling, canceling the fine.
Meaning: The lawsuit was successful, and the fine has been canceled.


3. UNSUCCESSFUL LITIGATION (CONTENCIOSO DESESTIMATORIO)

📌 Description: Assigned when the court has issued an unfavorable ruling, maintaining the fine.
Meaning: The lawsuit was unsuccessful, and the fine remains valid.


4. IDENTIFIED (IDENTIFICADA)

📌 Description: Used when the renter, driver, or vehicle user at the time of the infraction has been identified.
Meaning: The process has successfully identified the responsible party.


5. PENDING OR UNDER REVIEW (OTRA GESTIÓN O PENDIENTE)

📌 Description: Assigned when the fine is pending further management by Pyramid or waiting for additional actions from the Administration.
Meaning: The fine is awaiting further action or additional information.


6. PAID (PAGADA)

📌 Description: Indicates that the fine has been paid in full.
Meaning: The fine is settled, and no further action is required.


7. POSSIBLE EXPIRATION (POSIBLE PRESCRIPCIÓN)

📌 Description: Assigned when the fine has expired, meaning more than a year has passed since the last action without any claims from the Administration.
Meaning: The fine is no longer valid and cannot be enforced.


8. APPEALED (RECURRIDA)

📌 Description: Indicates that an appeal has been filed against the fine.
Meaning: The fine is under review and being contested.


9. DISMISSED (SOBRESEIDA)

📌 Description: Assigned when the fine has been annulled.
Meaning: The fine has been canceled, and no payment is required.


10. ASSOCIATED (ASOCIADO)

📌 Description: Assigned when the fine status or case number has changed, generating a new associated case.
Meaning: A new case has been created, linked to the original one due to a status change.
