Steps to Create the Integration
Field | Description |
Name | A custom name for your integration (e.g., Orders). |
Type | Select Sales orders from the dropdown. |
Origin credentials | Choose your configured weclapp credentials (e.g., weclapp (Type: weclapp)). |
Target credentials | Choose your PULPO WMS instance (e.g., PULPO). |
📦 Import Logic Configuration
Setting | Description |
Weclapp order import status | Only import orders where the status is DELIVERY_NOTE_PRINTED |
Weclapp order cancel status | Orders with status CANCELLED will be cancelled in PULPO. |
Weclapp order availability to import | The integration will include orders with any of the following availability states:

Weclapp order availability to cancel | Orders marked as NOTHING_AVAILABLE will be canceled in PULPO. |
Weclapp shipment type/s to import | Only orders with shipment type STANDARD will be imported. |
Additional Settings
Click “Additional settings” to expand and configure:
☑️ Ignore weclapp basic products on order import
Avoids importing non-detailed placeholder products.
☑️ Import delivery notes
Includes delivery note data during import.
Optional Mappings (Fill criterion field in PULPO):

Enable these as needed to enhance mapping between weclapp orders and PULPO’s internal fields.
Automation Settings
☑️ Automatic data transfer enabled
Activates periodic syncing (every x minutes)
⬜ Transfer data once a day
Leave unchecked to run on your custom frequency. In case it is enabled, it will sync the orders for a certain number of days in the past once a day at the selected time.
Frequency (in minutes):
Set how often data should sync. Example: 10 minutes.
Create 2 separate configurations for the periodically running order import and the once-a-day import.
Final Step
Click UPDATE to save your changes and activate the integration.
This integration will now automatically transfer sales orders from your configured weclapp instance to PULPO WMS every X minutes.
