In order to be able to work with the REST-API interface, a user must be created in PULPO WMS, defined as an "interface user", and its user data must be stored.
Create API user
Admin -> User -> Create (orange PLUS symbol):
Username [companyname]_pulpoapi (to distinguish from "real" users).
Allow access to all available warehouses
Allocate all available profiles
API user access data
If we do not find a menu item Integrations under Admin, we first activate it under Integrations > Activate Integrator Administrator menu point.
This makes an additional item "Integrations" visible in the menu.
Now we can store the user data of the API user:
Open the setting Admin > Integrations
In the tab "Access data" add new access data (orange PLUS symbol)
Name the access data, e.g. PULPO WMS API
Select the type "PULPO" in the drop-down menu
Enter the username and password of the PULPO API user
Complete the process by clicking on "Create
