  • ZIP code: The correct ZIP code of the city where the warehouse is located

  • City: The name of the city corresponding to the provided ZIP code

  • State: 2-letter code of the state

  • Country: Select the country name

  • Phone number: Must contain 10 to 15 characters, letters or numbers

Setup Integration Credentials

In Administration -> Integrations -> Tab CREDENTIALS Create a new credential:

  1. Name the Credentials

  2. Choose type Pulpo

  3. Type the PULPO URL of the respective instance

  4. Add the credentials of the API user created in the presets

  5. Check the connection

  6. If the connection is established correctly, save the settings by pressing CREATE

ShipStation

  1. Name the Credentials

  2. Choose type ShipStation

  3. API Key

  4. Password/secret

  5. CREATE

Now the connection can be set up

In the Integrations -> Integration configuration tab, the following configuration is to be added

  • Name: Shipping Labels ShipStation

  • Type: Generate shipping labels

  • Origin credentials: PULPO WMS

  • Target credentials: ShipStation

If you've enabled the Test Integration checkbox, the generated labels will be canceled immediately.
However, this will largely hinge on your carrier's policies, so we recommend verifying the process with your carrier in advance to understand how they handle test labels.

To finish the setup of the integration, Shipping methods are to be created as described here.
