Share your report now, and share with anyone, with our latest update to Custom Dashboards! Next time you create a new dashboard, or notice an interesting trend in your search, you can create an instant email to share your findings straight away.

First things first, quick recap. If you haven’t tried out Custom Dashboards on TRAC, then take a look at our What’s New article from last November to see how you can build your reports on Pulsar and automate your updates: New on TRAC! Advanced Custom Dashboards and Reports.

So, once you’ve set up a dashboard, just select Report and you can send a PDF version of that page to anyone, including yourself. Selecting ‘Email now’ will send the document right away, whereas selecting ‘Schedule’ allows you to set up an automated schedule which will email that report on a particular day of the week or month.

Clicking ‘Email now’ opens up the email options where you can select recipients including a handy list of people you’ve sent reports to in the past. There’s no limitation on who you can send to, so you can share outside your organisation or to team members who don’t use Pulsar. Don’t forget to add a message highlighting what you’ve found!
