Label generation will allow you to save a selection of Contacts to a PDF with specific layouts, which can be printed onto postage labels.

A small selection of standardised (Avery) label sizes are at the bottom of this document, however our settings allow you to input your own measurements (in millimetres) and create your own.

To start creating labels you will need to run a search as you usually would or select a group.

Select the contacts with the checkboxes then click Label Generator along the top:

You may select the following

Settings: these control the size and layout of your labels.

Choose Fields: select which contact fields to export & display.

To use a pre-saved label size, click 'Load' within Settings and choose the appropriate Label name.

Select the relevant saved label, or input the measurements. Once you're happy with the sizing and the fields you require, click Generate to download the addresses to a PDF.

πŸ“ Note: Below is a set of the most used Avery sizes, you will need to input and save each of these as above, so you can use them in the future.
