You have the option to select multiple products from your collection and relocate them to your preferred position. First, you can move a product under the Grid View. Another option is to move the product's place when you are in the List View. You can use our drag-and-drop feature in both.

Moving Products Inside the Grid View Type

Here's how you can change the product's position if you are under the Grid View.

1. Navigate to Collections Sort and click Collection Detail.

2. Set your view type to Grid View.

3. Use the Show drop-down to set the number of products displayed in your collection.

4. To move a product's display position, click on the product's checkbox.

You can select multiple checkboxes if you need to.

5. Then, on the Move Product to Position, select the position where you want to move the product.

In this example, we are moving the first product to the last position of this listing, number 9.

6. Click Move to update the collection.

7. We also have a drag-and-drop function to move your products around. Simply click the product or products in the grid and move them to the position of your choice.

In this example, we will move product numbers 1 and 2 to the position of products 4 and 5.

Moving Products Inside the List View Type

You can also manually move your product's positions in the List View. Here's how you can move your products:

1. Set your view type to List View.

2. Drag a product and drop it to the position where you want to move it.

Example: Let's say we want to move product #1 to the position of product #5.

3. Another option is to click the product's checkbox, then on the Move Product to Position, you can select the position where you want to move the product.

In this example, we are moving the first to the fifth product in the listing.

4. Click Save to update the collection.

5. If you want to sort your collection immediately, click the Sort Now button.

Note: If the Sort Type is not set to Manually, the positions of products will be changed based on the sort type you've picked.

6. You can also lock specific products to positions in a collection.

This control will keep the product's position in the collection. The rest can be sorted based on the Sort Type you chose for the collection.

Remember to organize your products when your store has the lowest user activity.

Note - There are two ways of pinning product positions:

  1. If the sort type is "Manually", you have the flexibility to manually move and arrange products in the desired order.

  2. If you choose a different sort type, you will need to lock/pin each product into a specific position.
