Question 1: The app is not auto sorting collections.

Answer:

Please SWITCH ON "AUTO SORT" Otherwise, the app is assuming that you are sorting collection manually.

Question 2: Does the app auto update all product information such as inventory, newly published date, etc?

Answer:

YES! As long as you have one collection with "AUTO SORT" ON, the app will update all product information including number of published products, etc.


Question 3: Can I update all settings for several collections?

Answer:

a. YES, you can do it by clicking on "MASS UPDATE" button. Please check the boxes next to Collection title in Collection Sort page. Then, you will be able to click on "MASS UPDATE" button. After clicking on it, you will see the popup where you can make changes to your settings. Once you change everything, please hit "SAVE" button at the bottom. Then, the app will save new settings for all collections you selected.

b. Please notice that this WON'T SORT your collection. This is to save your new settings in our app. If you want to sort your collections with new settings, please click on "SORT NOW" button next to "MASS UPDATE" button.

Question 4: Positions of products in a collection are not the same in between the app and my Shopify admin.

Answer:

a. If you just installed our app, you might find the difference in positions. Unfortunately, unless collection type is "manual", there is no direct way of getting positions of products. (*if a collection type is "manual", you can add individual products without adding conditions)

b. Please change positions in our app and click on "Sort Now". Then, the app will push the new positions to Shopify. Afterwards, there won't be difference in positions of products.


Question 5: I cannot see the order changed even after clicking on "Sort Now".

Answer:

Our app is changing the positions of products for collection on the backend. That is the same as you change positions manually in your Shopify admin. The same order of products must reflect for both Ouiteo and your Shopify admin.

After arranging the products within our app, their positions should match those in the Shopify admin. It's worth mentioning that this alignment is not necessary for the storefront when third-party apps like Product Filters or Collection Filters are in use. If there are any discrepancies between the product positions in the Shopify admin and your storefront, it's possible that these variations stem from the apps. In that case, we kindly request you to get in touch with these third-party app providers to ensure that the collections are synchronized accordingly.

In this example, you will see that the arrangement for both products coming from Ouiteo and Shopify admin needs to have the correct order of products.


Question 6: What happens when the free trial ends?

Answer:

You billing cycle will begin at the end of your free trial. You will be billed directly through your Shopify store.

Question 7: How does the free trial work?

Answer:

a. Once you install our app and receive our welcome email, you will be able to see your remaining "Free Trial" days. Initially, it will be 7 days free trial.

b. Even if you select a plan, you won't be charged during the trial days. So, please feel free to accept a plan and cancel the plan within your free trial days.

Question 8: Can I cancel anytime?

Answer:

Yes, you can cancel and uninstall our app at any time. There is no contract, no commitment and no cancellation fee. Simply uninstall the app from your App admin page in Shopify.
