No need to panic when your stocks are out or are low! With Ouiteo's Low Stock Alert, you will never miss the stocks that need to be replenished. Once the system detects a product with low or no stock, it will send you an email notification.

To set up low stock alerts, follow these steps:

1. Navigate to Low Stock Alert.

2. Enable Low Stock Alert.

3. To receive Low stock email notifications, toggle Low stock email to Yes.

4. Set the product threshold.

In this example, we added "10". This means once our product is less than or equal to 10 in inventory, the system will automatically send an email that a product is low in stock.

5. Toggle Out-of-stock email to Yes if you want to receive an email notification once a product is out of stock.

6. Toggle Back-in-stock email to Yes if you want to receive an email notification once a product is back in stock.

7. Type in the email address where the notification will be sent. Once done, hit Enter on your keyboard.

You can add up to 5 emails here.

8. You have the option to make the app send a list of products only with a specific status.

9. If there are products that you want to exclude with tags, add the product's tag in the textbox. You can add up to 3 product tags.

10. You also have the option to exclude a location using the Locations drop-down. This location will not receive the alerts.

Note: If all locations are selected, the first in the list will be unselected.

11. Set the schedule of the email to when it will be sent.

You can either set it to Daily or add the specific day and time if it's on a Weekly basis.

12. If you need to check the preview of the email, you can click the Preview Email button. Then add the email address where you want to send the preview. Once done, click Send.

13. Review your settings and once done, click Save.
