Adding Inventory Countdowns lets you push customers to buy your products with limited stocks. Moreover, with the help of our scheduling feature, once an Inventory Countdown is active, it will automatically end as soon as it reaches its scheduled end date time.

Here's how you can create an Inventory Countdown.

1. Navigate to Sales Manager and select Inventory Countdown.

2. Click the + Create Inventory Countdown button.

3. Type the name of the Inventory Countdown.

4. Once you've decided on a unique name for the Inventory Countdown, there are two sections that you must complete:

Styling & Text Configuration

The Styling & Text Configuration section allows you to customize how your Inventory Countdown will look like. It also lets you set the number of products that are in stock and the texts that will be displayed in the countdown.

Pro tip: Every change you apply can be seen in the real-time Preview window.

1. Type the Text Before and after the stock number.

2. Select the design that you want to use.

3. Type the total inventory number for the countdown.

4. Choose the Font and Text Colour.

5. Select the Inventory Countdown's Progress Bar's Foreground and Background.

6. To further customize the Inventory Countdown, set the Progress Bar border or add a Gradient Colour.

7. Last, choose the text size here.

Position & Targeting

The Position & Targeting section helps you select the target products you want to include in the Inventory Countdown. The option to manually activate or deactivate the Inventory Countdown can also be found here. Additionally, the scheduling of the Inventory Countdown can be set in this section.

1. Select a Target Option.

You have the option to target the following options:

  • Specific products: Select this option to target specific products only for the Inventory Campaign.

  • Products associated with collection: If you want to add all the products that belong to a particular collection, select this option.

  • Products associated with price editor bulk job: Select this option to add all the products included in a Price Editor Bulk Job.

Note: You can set the inventory counter to update automatically once the system processes a Bulk Edit.

  • Products associated with sales campaign: Choose this option if you want to include the products that belong to the Sales Campaign of your choice.

2. Select where the Inventory Countdown will be positioned.

3. If you want the Inventory Countdown to show always, set the toggle to ON.

4. To set a schedule, configure the Start and End Date times.

Note: Be sure to set the schedule before activating the Inventory Countdown.

5. Last, decide whether to activate or deactivate the Inventory Countdown.

6. Once done, click Submit.

If you need to view the actual Inventory Countdown you've created, follow the steps in this article. That's it!
