If this error is shown when you are trying to validate the Pulseway Pro or Free account, then please make sure that the checkbox 'Use Dedicated Server' is not selected.

But if this error is shown when you are trying to validate the Pulseway Team or MSP account, then please make sure that the checkbox 'Use Dedicated Server' is selected and that the correct server name is specified.
