The PRO plan is being completely phased out to streamline our offerings and ensure users have access to the most advanced tools and features available in the RMM. The Team Plan provides a more comprehensive RMM solution to help you manage your IT environment effectively.
2. What is the timeline for this migration?
The PRO plan instances will no longer be available after March 31, 2025. To avoid service interruptions, we recommend completing your migration to the Team Plan well before this date.
3. How long does it take to migrate using the Wizard?
No more than 15 minutes. Note: Offline devices will be migrated to the new instance and will be available for monitoring and management only after they come online again.
4. Will there be any additional costs?
No, there are no additional costs in your existing licenses for migrating to the Team Plan. Your pricing and contract terms will remain the same for your existing licenses.

6. How do I migrate my account to the Team Plan?
- Create a New Instance: Use this link to set up your new Pulseway instance.
- Initiate Migration: On the new instance, click the "Plan Migration" option to begin the process:

7. What happens if I don’t migrate by March 31, 2025?
If you do not migrate by the deadline, your PRO plan instance will be blocked, and you will lose access to Pulseway’s services. Migrating ensures you retain uninterrupted access to your account and gain new features.
8. Can I access my PRO account after migration?
No. Once the migration to the Team Plan account starts, you won’t be able to access your PRO account anymore.
9. Can I keep my current device configurations and user settings?
Yes, all your existing device configurations, user settings, and historical data will be carried over to the new Team Plan instance.
11. Can I add more licenses to my account after the migration?
Yes, the Team Plan allows for scalability. You can easily add more licenses or users as your IT needs grow.
13. What if I don’t want to migrate?
While the PRO plan is being discontinued, we encourage you to explore the benefits of the Team Plan. If you decide not to migrate, your PRO plan will be deactivated on March 31, 2025, and your services will be discontinued.
14. Can offline machines be migrated too?
