To download the Pulseway Agent, follow these steps:
From the left navigation menu, go to Onboarding > Downloads.
Click the download link for the installer that matches the endpoint’s operating system and architecture.
Depending on the device and installer type, you may be prompted to select the Organization, Site, and Agent Group associated with the endpoint. Pulseway uses these values to generate a customized installer. Once the selections are complete, click Download.
After the installer has been generated, you can download it directly to your computer or copy the download link to share with a customer or technician by email.
After you've downloaded the agent to the desired device, perform the following steps to install it:
Double-click the .dmg file you downloaded in the previous section of this article.
The Pulseway License Agreement will appear. Click Agree to proceed.
Drag the Pulseway icon shown in the installer into your device's Applications folder.
If prompted, enter your administrator credentials to authorize the install.
The Pulseway agent will now be installed on the endpoint.
