How to recover the Pulseway Web App Username or Password?

In case you are unable to access your Pulseway Web App having forgotten the account username and/or password, simply click on the "Forgot Credentials" link on the Web App login page.

The Web App will then request the e-mail ID using which the account was created. On entering the mail ID, both the (1) account username and (2) password reset link will be e-mailed to the same e-mail ID.
