Introduction:

This article will help to set up Email Server configuration on the Pulseway WebApp.

Setup:

Here is the article about IP addresses to be Whitelisted for email communication with Pulseway.

Go to Pulseway WebApp > Configuration > Settings > Email > Server Settings > enter the details as per your service provider.
โ€‹


SMTP settings for Gmail:

SMTP server address: smtp.gmail.com
Port: 587
Protocol: SSL

If the 2FA is enabled for the account, please create the app password on Gmail.

SMTP settings for Office 365:

SMTP server address: smtp.office365.com
Port: 587
Protocol: SSL

Important:

  • SMTP server and port number differs from provider to provider

  • It is recommended to test the SMTP settings outside the Pulseway through the SMTP testing tool (SMTPer).
