IT Glue's infrastructure is located in two logically separate and geographically unique AWS (Amazon Web Services) data centers: North America (US west/east), Europe (Germany/Ireland), and Australasia (Sydney).

AWS data centers are audited to SOC 1/SSAE 16/ISAE 3402 standards and meet PCI DSS Level 1 and HIPAA requirements. Partners may choose to have their data reside in the EU data center (subject to billing in EUR or GBP).
