It's possible when signing up for an account, the employee may have created his/her own company prior to being invited. Due to this, the employer will not be able to see hours worked by employees.

What can you do?
Please kindly ask your employees to switch accounts to simplify the process. 

How can employees switch accounts?


At the bottom right of your screen, click Accounts. Once on this page, you're easily able to switch to another company. 

Click the top left tab, you will see your company's logo. Click the down arrow beside the company logo and simply switch to the another company.
