Tasks are things your team does on a daily basis.

Punchtime is initially set up with tasks such as Break, Lunch, and Working, but tasks can be made to represent whatever is important to your business. Tasks can include numbers or job codes, but can also include things such as Travelling, Estimating, Rough-in, or Finishing, virtually anything that describes what people should be spending time on. You can make your task payable or not by checking the box on the right. Non Payable tasks are not included in the total hours.

The tasks listed appear when punching in and allow time to be assigned to them, including within projects. The time spent on these tasks can easily be viewed within each project. Easy and insightful, tasks are ready to help your business better understand time.
