Where do I find the transaction ID?

If you need to get in touch with our Customer Support team for a missing deposit or a missing withdrawal, you may need to provide the transaction ID.


You can easily find this by going to My Account > Transactions.
Go through all your transactions, find the one you want to investigate and get the transaction ID which is the number mentioned in the first column of the ➡️Payment transactions table.
