If you're trying to sign in with Email and Password and receive an error message, you may have registered using another authentication method such as Google or Apple.

If your Pura Mente username is registered through your Google account, you should log in directly by tapping the "G" icon and continue with your Google/Gmail username and password.

1. When opening the App, select the "Start" button.

2. Another screen will open with the "Continue" button, but you should not touch it, instead go below it.

3. Click on: "Already have an account? Log in" and there select the option with which you initially signed in.

4. Enter your username and password there.
