When you create a campaign in PureClarity you can use the attribution settings to control what happens when a customer interacts with the content. One of the options is to add the user to an Audience.

An Audience is a segment that PureClarity automatically creates for you. You can see all your audiences in the Segments list in PureClarity.

You can use Audiences to show personalised content, popups and chat bots, allowing complex user experiences to be created very quickly.

In the future we'll allow you to import existing users into an audience, and export the email addresses of everyone in an audience.
