In this case, please contact us directly via our chat with the pictures of the defect. We will take care of your request as soon as possible.

Please do not register the defective/incorrect or incomplete goods as a return. Our customer service will take care of your complaint.

Please always state your PL order number.

If the piece of jewelry in question is a gift, the buyer must contact us themselves.

Defective piece of jewelry received

Please send us photos showing the entire piece of jewelry and the defect.

Wrong piece of jewelry received

Please send us a photo of the entire order and the back of the box of the wrong piece of jewelry via our chat.

A piece of jewelry is missing

Please let us know via our chat if you have received an empty box or if the item is missing completely.
