​What does the Advent calendar contain?
Our PURELEI Advent Calendar 2025 contains the 5 Ways of Love - 25 pieces of jewelry

All 25 pieces of jewelry in the PURELEI Advent Calendar 2025 are made of stainless steel. Depending on your choice of color (gold or rose gold), the material is either 14K gold-plated or 18K rose gold-plated. All rings in the Advent calendar are adjustable in size and the ring size cannot be specified.

​How long are the necklaces and bracelets in the Advent calendar?
To match your look every day, the Advent calendar includes necklaces in three lengths:

Your bracelets are adjustable and fit perfectly with a length of 16–20 cm. The anklet is also flexible and measures 21–26 cm.

When will the Advent calendar be sent?
The dispatch will take place from September including an individual tracking link.
As the Advent calendar is packed for you externally by a partner, the delivery date may differ from our standard processing time. We will inform you of the exact delivery date in the shipping confirmation.

Is there a neutral outer packaging so that it is not immediately obvious that it is a PURELEI Advent calendar?
Your Advent calendar will be delivered directly to you in a PURELEI box. If you want it to be a surprise and don't want the recipient to know about it, it's best to have it sent to a Packstation (this option is only available in Germany) or to friends. You can also have your shipping service provider notify you directly when your parcel arrives. This way you can receive the Advent calendar in person.

Can I change or cancel my order at a later date?
If you ordered your Advent calendar in the pre-sale in May, you have until August 15, 2025 to cancel your Advent calendar order through our customer service or have the shipping address changed. It is not possible to change the color. If your order has not yet been dispatched, it is possible to change the delivery address. In this case, please contact our customer service directly.

Can I return the Advent calendar if I don't like it?
The Advent calendar is excluded from our 30-day return policy. It can only be returned complete and intact within 14 days of receipt. If this is not the case, we will send the Advent calendar back to the person who sent it.

How many Advent calendars can I buy?
You can buy as many Advent calendars as you like. There is no maximum number.*

What happens if I order multiple items along with the Advent calendar?
We want you to receive all your jewelry at the same time, so we ship your entire order in one package. Partial shipments are unfortunately not possible.

How is the total value of the Advent calendar calculated?
To determine the total value, we look at each individual product in the Advent calendar and calculate the retail price at which the product would normally be available in our store. The regular sales prices result in the total value of our Advent calendar.

What payment methods are available for the Advent calendar?
You have the option of using PayPal, credit card and Klarna to purchase the Advent calendar. It is also possible to redeem a voucher as a means of payment. Discount codes cannot be used.

What do I have to consider when buying with Klarna - purchase on account?
If you have selected “Klarna - purchase on account” as your payment method, please note the payment deadline that is displayed in your Klarna account. The payment is independent of the delivery date of the Advent calendar.

In which colors is the Advent calendar available?
After the feedback in 2024 was so positive, we are once again offering an Advent calendar in bicolor this year. The Advent calendar is available in 4 color variants: gold, silver, rose gold and also in bicolor, a mix of gold and silver. The Advent calendar cannot be personalized.

Can I choose which pieces of jewelry I would like to receive in gold and which in silver?Which pieces of jewelry are gold and which are silver is already fixed and cannot be selected individually. The doors will be designed equally in gold and silver.

​Can I choose which pieces in the Bicolor Advent calendar are gold and which are silver?
The thoughtful selection of your Advent calendar is already fixed. The compartments are filled equally with gold and silver jewelry pieces. For bicolor designs, each piece is either completely gold or completely silver—there is no color mixing within a single piece. The Bicolor Advent calendar has 12 gold and 13 silver compartments.

Is the AK also available to buy in the store?
From the official start of sales, you will also find our Advent calendars in the PURELEI stores in Munich and Cologne - it's worth coming by!
