What does my delivery status mean?

Delivery status: not fulfilled - Your order is currently being processed and packed in our warehouse. The status does not mean that your order has been fully or partially cancelled.


Delivery status: fulfilled - Your order has been handed over to the shipping company and has left our warehouse. This does not mean that the order has reached you yet.

Shipping: As soon as we have sent your package, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking link via mail.

*Please note that after 3 failed delivery attempts, we will refund the order to the original payment method and there will be no reshipment.
