If you have old electrical or electronic devices that you would like to dispose of, you are required by law to drop them off at your local municipal collection point. This service is free of charge for private households.
We are also happy to take back any electrical or electronic devices that you purchased from us, free of charge. If you'd like to return such a device, please contact our customer service team using the contact form. We’ll be glad to assist you!

Before dropping off any old electronic devices, please make sure to remove any used batteries or rechargeable batteries—unless they are permanently installed in the device.
Please note that you are solely responsible for deleting any personal data from devices you intend to dispose of.
