Important: Extended return period for November and December orders
In general, you can register your return within 30 days through our returns portal and send it back to us.
All orders placed in November and December can be returned until January 31, 2025.
This does not apply to:
Gift cards
Items with a different return policy stated on the product page
Personalized products (e.g., engraved items)
If a minimum order value (MOV) was required for a promotion, that value must not be undercut by your return.
If it is, the discount will no longer apply.
We only accept returns for items that are new and unworn.
If your item is defective or incomplete, you must report it before returning it. Otherwise, we cannot guarantee a full refund.
If your return period has expired and you have not received an extended return confirmation from us, your return will be automatically sent back to you.
If you received a free gift as part of a promotion, please return it as well if your return causes the order to fall below the minimum value.
