🌺 How to register your return with Klarna:
If you placed your order using Klarna and would like to return something, you can pause your Klarna invoice to avoid reminder fees.
How to pause your Klarna invoice:
If you selected Klarna Pay Later, you can pause the invoice until your return is processed.
To do this, log in to your Klarna account, click on "Report a return", then select "I have returned the items."
Returns can always be registered with Klarna as long as they are made within the 30-day return period.
Once your pause is successful, you’ll receive a confirmation via the app and email.
In your Klarna account, you can always check how long your payment is paused.
Please note: We cannot extend your Klarna payment deadline.
If the due date passes, Klarna will automatically send a reminder. In this case, please contact Klarna customer service directly. Usually, providing your name, the store name, and your email address is enough.
If you returned your entire order and haven't paid the invoice yet, you'll receive a cancellation confirmation from Klarna once your return has been processed.
If you’re only returning part of your order, simply deduct the value of the returned items from your invoice and pay the remaining amount to Klarna.
If you’ve already paid in full, Klarna will refund the corresponding amount to your account.
If you accidentally registered the wrong item for return with Klarna, it will be corrected automatically once we process your return. Alternatively, you can cancel the return in Klarna and submit it again correctly.
